My stay was quite the mixed bag. The location is stunning, right by Lake Sevan, and the views from the restaurant are breathtaking. However, the room I stayed in was disappointing with poor lighting, uncomfortable beds, and a few maintenance issues. The service was friendly, but not always attentive. Overall, while there are some highlights, the hotel's quality and amenities need significant improvement to match the price.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. The rooms were uncomfortably cramped and not well-maintained, which didn't meet my expectations for a Best Western. However, the beautiful restaurant with a stunning sea view was a highlight, and the included breakfast was impressive in variety and portion size.
